Quick Halloween pick: is this $46.99 eBay Kakashi costume worth it?

Halloween's coming and I want to know if this $46.99 Kakashi set on eBay is a good quick costume. The listing says new. My honest first take: the vest, shirt and pants get you most of the way, but the forehead protector isn't in the set. Who's going Kakashi this year, and what's your hack for the missing pieces?

Kakashi reads from the jonin vest, the fitted shirt under it, and that forehead protector, so the set covers the largest parts of the look. The listing names only the vest, tops and pants, so as far as I can tell the headband isn't included, and I can't confirm the fabric weight from the listing. Check the vest's structure in person before you commit, because a limp vest looks wrong on camera.
